Refund and Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

95% (payment gateway/internet handling fee will not be refunded) of the booking amount will be refunded in case the festival gets cancelled due to government regulations or any unforeseen circumstances. You will also be able to roll-over 100% of the booking amount for the next edition.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances might need you to change plans, and so our cancellation policy makes it easier to do that.
 • Cancellations before 30 days — 95% of the booking amount will be refunded.
 • Cancellations before 15 days — 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
 • Cancellations on and after 7 days — No Refund.

For all bookings made via akankhsagrover.in,
 • We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
 • If, for some reason, you can't join a Event, then any refund applicable will be as per the Cancellations & Refunds policy.
 • If you attend the Event , then unless the partner host agrees, there won't be any refund of any kind whatsover.
